Stratford Advisory Group and Peak Consulting Combine to Create €2.1B Independent Consultancy
Stratford Advisory Group and Peak Consulting have agreed to merge, creating a combined independent management consultancy with €2.1 billion in annual revenue and 6,800 consultants across 24 countries.
Stratford Advisory Group and Peak Consulting today announced a merger of equals to create one of Europe’s largest independent management consultancies, with a combined annual revenue of €2.1 billion, 6,800 consultants, and offices in 24 countries.
The combined entity will operate under the Stratford Peak brand globally, retaining all existing client relationships and workforce from both firms. No redundancies are planned as a result of the merger.
Complementary strengths were cited as the primary rationale: Stratford has deep expertise in digital transformation, technology strategy, and change management; Peak is the stronger brand in operations, supply chain, and sustainability consulting.
“This combination creates a firm that can compete with the Big 4 across every major practice area, with the independence and agility that clients increasingly prefer,” said Stratford Advisory Managing Partner Dominique Laurent, who will serve as CEO of the combined firm.
The merger is subject to partner vote at both firms and is expected to close by 31 January 2026.
