PayStream Achieves PCI DSS Level 1 Certification Across All Payment Processing Infrastructure
PayStream has achieved PCI DSS Level 1 certification across its entire payment processing infrastructure, enabling it to process unlimited transaction volumes for enterprise merchants.
PayStream, a payment infrastructure provider, today announced that it has achieved PCI DSS Level 1 Service Provider certification across its entire transaction processing stack — the highest level of payment security compliance available and a prerequisite for processing unlimited transaction volumes for Tier 1 enterprise merchants.
The certification was awarded following an audit by an approved Qualified Security Assessor (QSA) and covers PayStream’s card data environment, tokenisation vault, fraud detection engine, and reconciliation systems.
“PCI DSS Level 1 is the gold standard for payment security, and it opens doors with large retailers and banks who require it as a contractual minimum,” said CTO Tomáš Novák. “We are now certified to process at any volume, for any merchant, anywhere in the world.”
PayStream processes over 180 million transactions per month across 34 countries.
