HomeCraft, a direct-to-consumer homewares brand, has expanded its e-commerce platform to 15 new European markets simultaneously, making it available in 28 countries.
HomeCraft, a direct-to-consumer homewares brand known for its modular storage, lighting, and textile collections, today announced the simultaneous expansion of its e-commerce platform into 15 new European markets, bringing the brand’s geographic footprint to 28 countries in total.
The new markets include Portugal, Greece, Romania, Bulgaria, Croatia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Cyprus, Iceland, and North Macedonia. Localised websites, customer service in 11 languages, and regional fulfilment partnerships are in place for all 15 markets from Day 1.
“We spent 18 months building the localisation and logistics infrastructure to do this properly,” said HomeCraft CEO Elena Björk. “Too many brands ‘expand’ by simply switching on a currency — we have proper local operations in all 28 countries.”
HomeCraft expects the expansion to add approximately €40 million in annual revenue within 24 months.
