EdgeSec Achieves ISO 27001:2022 Certification Across All Managed Security Operations Centres

EdgeSec has achieved ISO 27001:2022 certification across all four of its managed security operations centres, reinforcing its position as a security partner for regulated industries.

EdgeSec, a managed detection and response (MDR) provider, today announced that all four of its Security Operations Centres (SOCs) — located in Dublin, Warsaw, Singapore, and São Paulo — have achieved ISO 27001:2022 certification, the latest revision of the international standard for information security management systems.

The certification was awarded following independent audits by BSI Group and covers EdgeSec’s threat monitoring, incident response, vulnerability management, and client reporting processes.

ISO 27001:2022 certification is increasingly required by regulated industries — including financial services, healthcare, and critical infrastructure — as a condition of engaging managed security providers.

“Clients in regulated sectors cannot afford to work with security providers who cannot demonstrate the same information security rigour they apply to their own operations,” said EdgeSec CEO Aoife Maguire. “ISO 27001:2022 across all four SOCs is the baseline proof of that.”

EdgeSec monitors over 8 billion security events per day across its global client base of 340 organisations.
