CyberShield Unveils Autonomous Threat Intelligence Platform for Critical Infrastructure Operators
CyberShield has launched a new autonomous threat intelligence platform designed specifically for operators of critical national infrastructure, including energy, water, and transport networks.
CyberShield, a cybersecurity company specialising in operational technology (OT) security, today announced the launch of CyberShield Sentinel, an autonomous threat intelligence platform purpose-built for operators of critical national infrastructure (CNI).
Sentinel continuously monitors OT/ICS environments, correlating signals from field devices, network sensors, and threat intelligence feeds to detect and respond to intrusions before they impact operations.
“A cyberattack on a water treatment plant or power grid is not a data breach — it is a public safety event,” said CEO Katarina Lindqvist. “Sentinel is designed for environments where downtime is measured in human lives, not revenue.”
The platform is currently deployed across 12 energy utilities and three water authorities in Northern Europe, where it has prevented four attempted intrusions in its first six months of operation.
Sentinel is available as a managed service or on-premise deployment. Pricing is available on request for qualified CNI operators.
