Part 1: Refund & Cancellation Policy

We stand behind our products. Here's exactly how refunds and cancellations work.

Policy Overview

We want you to be fully satisfied with every purchase from LinkPress™. This policy describes your rights when requesting a refund or cancelling a subscription, and the procedures we follow. If you have a question not answered here, contact us at [email protected] before purchasing.

Digital Products

14-day satisfaction guarantee If you purchase a digital product and are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase, no questions asked. After 14 days, refunds are not available.
Eligibility To be eligible, your refund request must be submitted within the 14-day window via email to our support address. Refunds are limited to one request per customer per product.
Bundles Bundle purchases are refundable in full within 14 days. Individual components of a bundle may not be refunded separately after the 14-day window.

Subscriptions

Cancellation You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you retain full access until then.
Pro-rata refunds We do not offer pro-rata refunds for unused portions of a subscription period. Your access continues until the billing period ends.
Annual subscriptions Annual subscription holders who cancel within 30 days of renewal will receive a full refund of the renewal charge. Cancellations after 30 days receive access until the end of the annual period only.
Free trials Free trial periods are not charged. If you convert to a paid subscription and then cancel within 14 days of first charge, a full refund applies.

EU Right of Withdrawal

EU consumers have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal on digital purchases under the Consumer Rights Directive, unless you have explicitly consented to immediate access and waived this right at checkout. Our 14-day satisfaction guarantee covers or exceeds this statutory right. If you exercised your right of withdrawal before our refund window, please contact us.

Non-Refundable Items

Consumed consulting time Booked consulting hours that have already been delivered are non-refundable.
Processing fees Payment processing fees (e.g. Stripe fees) are non-recoverable and will be deducted from refund amounts only if they exceed €2.50.
Promotional purchases Products purchased at 80% discount or more are considered final sale and are not refundable unless defective.
Gift purchases Gift purchases may be refunded to the original purchaser within 14 days if the gift code has not been redeemed.

How to Request a Refund

Step 1 — Email us Send your request to [email protected] with subject line "Refund Request — [Order ID]".
Step 2 — Include details Provide your order ID, the product name, date of purchase, and the reason for the request (optional but helpful for us to improve).
Step 3 — Processing We will acknowledge your request within 1 business day and process approved refunds within 5 business days.
Step 4 — Credit timeline Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Card refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

Disputes & Chargebacks

We ask that you contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank or payment provider. We will always work to resolve issues fairly. Chargebacks that are later found to be unjustified may result in account suspension. Contact us at [email protected] — we respond within 1 business day.

Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to update this policy at any time. Changes are effective for purchases made after the new policy’s effective date. If you purchased before a policy change, the policy in effect at the time of your purchase applies to your refund eligibility.

Introduction

These Vendor Terms ("Terms") govern the relationship between LinkPress™ ("Platform") and any company, individual, or entity ("Vendor") listed in our Vendors directory at https://linkpress.app/vendors. By submitting a vendor listing or having your product featured, you agree to these Terms in full.

Eligibility

Legitimacy Vendors must represent a genuine, operating business or product. Shell companies, vaporware, and products that do not yet exist are not eligible for listing.
Relevance Listed products and services must be relevant to our editorial focus: software development, engineering leadership, productivity, and adjacent professional topics.
Legal compliance Vendors must comply with all applicable laws in their jurisdiction, including consumer protection, data protection (GDPR where relevant), and advertising standards.
Age Representatives must be at least 18 years of age. Business entities must be properly registered in their operating jurisdiction.

Listing Content Requirements

Accuracy All information in your listing — including pricing, features, support terms, and company details — must be accurate and kept up to date. Misleading claims are grounds for immediate removal.
Intellectual property You must own or have the right to use all logos, screenshots, copy, and other materials submitted with your listing.
Prohibited content Listings may not include claims that are false, deceptive, defamatory, obscene, or that infringe on any third party's rights. Affiliate links embedded in listing descriptions are not permitted.
Updates You are responsible for keeping your listing accurate. Notify us promptly at [email protected] if your product is discontinued, significantly changed, or rebranded.

Editorial Independence

No pay-to-play A listing in our directory is not a paid advertisement or endorsement. We reserve the right to include, exclude, or editorially comment on any product at our sole discretion.
Reviews Our editorial team may publish independent reviews of listed vendors. We will not accept payment or consideration in exchange for positive reviews or the removal of critical coverage.
Sponsored content Sponsored articles or placement in curated "recommended" sections are handled separately under our Sponsorship Terms. Contact us to enquire.

Data & Referrals

Referral traffic We may include UTM-tagged links to your site for analytics purposes. We do not share individual visitor data with vendors; only aggregated, anonymised referral statistics may be shared upon request.
Lead generation We are not a lead generation service. We do not sell, rent, or transfer visitor contact details to vendors under any circumstances.
Vendor contact details Contact information provided during listing submission is used solely for communication about your listing. It will not be published or shared without your consent.

Removal & Suspension

Voluntary removal Vendors may request removal of their listing at any time by emailing [email protected]. Removal is typically processed within 5 business days.
Involuntary removal We reserve the right to remove any listing at our sole discretion, including but not limited to: inaccurate information, legal violations, discontinuation of the product, or editorial policy changes.
Notice Where practical, we will attempt to notify the vendor before removal. In cases involving legal violations or urgent editorial concerns, immediate removal without notice is permitted.

Listing in our directory does not constitute an endorsement, warranty, or recommendation by LinkPress™. We make no representations about the quality, accuracy, or fitness for purpose of any listed product or service. Readers engage with vendors at their own risk.

Indemnification

Vendors agree to indemnify and hold harmless LinkPress™, its operators, contributors, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from: (a) inaccurate information in your listing; (b) your product or service causing harm to a reader; or (c) your violation of these Terms.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Vendor Terms at any time. Continued presence in our directory after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify vendors of material changes by email where practicable.
